virtualmin debian libbind9-80 broken packages

Performing a fresh install of Virtualmin on a new Debian 7 server we received the following errors:

Displaying the last 15 lines of /root/virtualmin-install.log to help troubleshoot this problem:
openssl set to manually installed.
procmail is already the newest version.
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

A quick clean of the troublesome packages (which would be reinstalled anyway) solved the issue:
